FIELD: sport; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fitness, sports and medicine and aims at diagnosing and developing cognitive-motor abilities of a person. Disclosed is a method in which a researcher selects a diagnostic and/or development program from a library of a software and hardware system (SHS), comprising means of video monitoring of human actions and means of displaying content on the field of action thereof. On the flat or with the specified relief the horizontal field by the optical method is visualized in the specified place, the specified configuration and size, the coordination ladder. It consists of a quickly readjusted preset combination of monochromatic or multi-coloured lengthwise and crosswise elements connected to each other, which signal to the person being tested about the place of performance of previously specified actions or allowed mistakes during performance of the exercise test. SHS imitates an invariable stationary or moving ladder structure program or a ladder transformed programmatically by preset parameters at the stage of diagnostics and/or training of a person chosen by the researcher. SHS records the correctness of the actions of the person being tested, which is explained to him by the researcher in advance, generates a bank of error data, their characteristics and, if necessary, sends audio or light signals to the person being tested to correct his actions in real time. Peculiarity is that diagnostics and/or development is carried out with a portable device which forms a supplemented reality for the person being tested, presented to it in the form of supplementary images on the plane of the playing field of a flat and/or volumetric image of a ladder. Generated image, consisting of a given number of longitudinal and transverse elements of the ladder, is unpredictable for the person being tested, according to the preset program, the SHS changes the transparency, colouring, shape, size, volume of the individual elements, as well as speed of movement and position of ladder in volume of preset training space. Recommended speed of longitudinal movement of the person being tested along the ladder is set by a separate light mark, which is formed by the SHS on longitudinal and/or transverse elements or on the field of action of the person being tested at a given distance from the ladder.

EFFECT: invention provides broader functional capabilities and higher diagnostic effectiveness and development of human cognitive-motor abilities.
