FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, in particular to medical equipment used for the diagnosis and/or treatment of inflammatory, autoimmune, infectious, benign and/or malignant diseases occurring in the mammalian hollow organs, in particular diseases of the pancreas, bile ducts, liver, gastrointestinal tract, as well as defects and injuries of the mammalian hollow organs, fistulas, strictures, aneurysmal and diverticular extensions and/or the like. A catheter for creating an isolated zone in a mammalian hollow organ contains an elongated body made with the possibility of its installation in the lumen of a mammalian hollow organ and equipped with two balloons made with the possibility of inflating with the possibility of isolating the space of the hollow organ between them. A functional channel passes through the specified body with a functional hole made in the specified body between the specified cylinders. The functional channel provides the possibility of creating a negative pressure in the specified isolated space with the possibility of taking a fluid or gaseous medium from it through a functional hole, or the possibility of supplying a medical fluid or gaseous medium to the specified isolated space through a functional hole. Another channel passes through the specified body, equipped at opposite ends, respectively, with inlet and outlet openings made in the specified body outside its part limited by the specified cylinders. At the same time, in accordance with the first embodiment of the catheter, its body is additionally equipped with a mesh or shell made permeable to a fluid and/or gaseous medium, and the specified mesh or shell at least partially covers the part of the catheter limited by the specified cylinders, providing coverage of the specified functional opening and is attached to the specified cylinders or covers them in such a way that their inflating provides the possibility of stretching the specified mesh or shell, and in accordance with the second embodiment of the catheter, the functional opening is located between two annular enclosing protrusions, which are provided with the catheter body between the specified cylinders. The system for creating an isolated zone in the mammalian hollow organ contains the catheter described above and a functional device connected to the functional channel of the catheter with the possibility of creating negative pressure in the isolated space for the intake of a fluid or gaseous medium from it or the possibility of supplying a medical fluid or gaseous medium to the specified isolated space. A method for creating an isolated zone in a mammalian hollow organ includes: installing the above-described catheter into the lumen of a mammalian hollow organ, inflating catheter cylinders to isolate the space of a mammalian hollow organ between them, creating, by means of a functional catheter channel, negative pressure in the specified isolated space to take a fluid or gaseous medium from it through a functional opening or supply, by means of a functional catheter channel, medical fluid or gaseous medium into the specified isolated space through a functional opening. The catheter described above is used to diagnose or monitor the course of at least one disease selected from a group including: gastritis, pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, bile duct cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, hepatocellular cancer, cholangitis, gallstone disease, defects in the wall of hollow organs, autoimmune hepatitis, infectious hepatitis, aneurysmal or diverticular protrusion of the wall of the hollow organ, bleeding in hollow organ cavity, hollow organ strictures and neuromuscular disorders of the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, small and large intestines, bile ducts, urinary ducts and respiratory tract. The catheter described above is used to treat at least one disease selected from a group including: pancreatitis, cholangitis, gastrointestinal wall defects, vascular aneurysms, venous thrombi, ureteral defects, respiratory tract defects, gastrointestinal bleeding, tracheal bleeding, bronchial bleeding, pulmonary bleeding, uterine bleeding. The catheter described above is used to isolate the zone of the mammalian hollow organ during surgical intervention.
EFFECT: preventing or eliminating the possibility of the formation of stagnant and/or inflammatory processes in the hollow organ due, in particular, to the accumulation of mucus and other biological contents specific to the hollow organ outside one of the inflated insulating cylinders, while increasing the reliability, non-traumatism or safety of using the catheter.
