FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: antibody IgM, IgA, IgG or IgG/IgA is proposed, which is bispecific or multi-specific, and which contains a modified J-strain. The specified J-strain contains an alien binding fragment introduced into a native sequence of J-strain by indirect fusion through a peptide linker located at C- and/or N-end of the specified alien binding fragment or within approximately 10 residues from C- and/or N-end. The invention also relates to a method for producing the specified antibody and to its use for the treatment of malignant tumor.
EFFECT: invention provides for polyvalent antibody frames constructed in the right way that contain a modified J-strain, in the sequence of which an additional binding fragment is introduced.
