FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: medical device for breast plastic surgery is initially formed of extracellular matrix (ECM) of a quadratic form having a hemi-spherical, paraboloid, ellipsoid or hyperboloid shape. The mentioned extracellular matrix has a three-dimensional shape in expanded form, and it is rolled to obtain a body of an elongated shape having a central section (SM) greater than distal sections (SD), while the mentioned body of an elongated shape narrows at ends.
EFFECT: invention provides for the prevention of visiting the operating room for revision surgery due to sagging of tissues of the submammary furrow, which occurs as a result of the unnatural weight and volume of the silicone prosthesis, installed for the purpose of supplementing most often between the pectoralis major muscle and the mammary gland.
