FIELD: medicine; oncology; reconstructive surgery; plastic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: skin and the superficial layer of fiber are dissected along the old scar in the inframammary groove. The implant is removed, pinpoint coagulation of the upper hemisphere of the anterior layer of the mammary capsule is performed, and dissection of the lower hemisphere of the mammary capsule is performed, as shown in Fig. 3. Then a horizontal excision of the capsule is performed in the area of the inframammary fold. The Scarpian fascia is sutured to the superficial layer of the deep fascia using separate interrupted sutures, a new implant is installed and the wound is tightly sutured in layers.
EFFECT: method allows to effectively return the configuration of the mammary gland to its original one and prevent repeated rotation of the anatomical implant with minimal material costs.
