SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of poultry farming, and in particular to a method for increasing the egg production of quails contained in a cage battery under controlled light conditions. The method is characterized by the fact that feeding the quails is carried out in the morning at 5:00 and in the afternoon - at 14:00, and in the morning 45-50% of the feed is distributed from the daily norm, and in the afternoon - the rest.
EFFECT: invention increases the egg production of quails.
