FIELD: composite products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber with coating for a composite product. Fiber with coating for the composite product contains fiber body (102) having fiber surface and matrix layer (152) at least partially covering fiber surface. Matrix layer (152) is applied during the process of formation of fiber body (102), and fiber body (102) and/or matrix layer (152) are essentially made of optically transparent material. Fiber body (102) has the maximum thickness of fiber body approximately from 3 microns to 5000 microns. Fiber body (102) has a shape of cross section set by a part of fiber surface and containing fiber body angle, and matrix layer (152) has angular matrix thickness in fiber body angle and surface matrix thickness on fiber surface. Angular matrix thickness is more than surface matrix thickness for at least approximately 10 per cents.

EFFECT: creating composite product fibers having flat surfaces and relatively acute angles, while reducing time and complexity of applying resin on laying of composite.
