SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the main sheet for a sheet of anisotropic electrotechnical steel, an application of a sheet of anisotropic silicon steel, methods for producing said main sheet and a sheet of anisotropic electrotechnical steel. In the main sheet for a sheet of anisotropic electrotechnical steel, the amount of surface oxygen x per one surface of the main sheet and the value y of the peak of SiO2 on the surface of the base sheet, obtained using the infrared reflectance spectroscopy by calculating the average value of ∆R/R0, wherein ∆R is the difference in the intensity between the top and the background of the peak, R0 is the background height in the position of 1,250 cm-1 of the absorption peak, satisfy the conditions y ≥ 1,500x2,5 and y ≥ 0.24. At a holding temperature of 1,000°C or lower, an oxidised layer containing predominantly SiO2 can be formed externally on the surface of the main sheet for a sheet of anisotropic electrotechnical steel, capable of stably providing sufficient adhesion of the coating with tension while avoiding introduction of stress into the main sheet.

EFFECT: provided is a sheet of anisotropic electrotechnical steel with a stable and good adhesion of the coating with tension.
