FIELD: washing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for washing bulk materials in various sectors of the national economy. A small-sized unit for washing bulk materials contains loading and unloading trays, a bath with liquid, a drive drum installed in it. The drive drum is made in the form of a toroidal multi-entry working chamber, mounted from sections interconnected by welding, with the formation of helical lines and curved helical surfaces in the form of semicircular inner pockets along the outer and inner perimeter of the toroidal working chamber. The drum is rigidly mounted in a smooth bath of toroidal shape with liquid, equipped with a platform with a vibrator on top, the axis of which is mounted horizontally under the platform, providing a change in the shape of the oscillation trajectory of the rigidly bonded working chamber and a smooth bath of toroidal shape with liquid from a circular to a vertical ellipse. The loading window is made in the upper part of the toroidal working chamber, and the unloading window is in the lower part. Inside the toroidal working chamber, the first partition is mounted between the loading window and the unloading window, and in the lower part, round holes are made along the entire length of the toroidal working chamber, the diameter of which is smaller than the minimum particle sizes of bulk materials, through which liquid from a smooth toroidal bath enters the working chamber. To remove light impurities, at the liquid level in the toroidal working chamber in front of the unloading window, a second partition is mounted along the entire passage section of the toroidal working chamber, at a height exceeding the liquid level by 3-5 mm and immersed in the liquid by 3-5 mm. In front of the second partition, at the liquid level along the outer diameter of the toroidal working chamber, a slit hole is made, into which a chute with a perforated bottom is mounted, passing behind the wall of a smooth toroidal bath into a solid bottom. Into this chute, through a slit hole in the outer diameter of the toroidal working chamber, light impurities fall, trapped by the first partition and directed from the surface of the liquid by means of a jet of liquid flowing from the opening of a pipe mounted at the liquid level into the toroidal working chamber along its inner diameter, opposite the chute. Liquid with light impurities is removed from the working chamber into the chute and flows through its perforated bottom into a smooth bath of toroidal shape, and light impurities are removed along the solid bottom of the chute into a container outside the unit, while processed particles of bulk materials are removed through the unloading window using an unloading device outside the unit into the discharge tray, and the bath of toroidal shape is equipped with devices for draining liquid from a smooth toroidal bath and removing dirt, sand and heavy impurities.

EFFECT: reduction in the dimensions of the unit in length, an expansion of technological capabilities, an increase in the intensity and quality of washing, an increase in productivity.
