Abstract RU 2761619 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer materials for the manufacture of fiber, film, non-woven fabric or absorbent product, to listed products made of such polymer material, as well as to a method for the production of polymer material. Polymer material contains a thermoplastic composition. The composition contains a continuous phase that contains composite polyester, where elastomer, which is copolymer of simple and complex esters, is dispersed in the continuous phase in the form of discrete domains, and where elastomer, which is copolymer of simple and complex esters, is present in the thermoplastic composition in the amount ranging from approximately 0.05 wt. % to approximately 10 wt. %, and where a pore network is formed in the thermoplastic composition, which includes a set of nanopores. Elastomer is segmented block copolymer that has repeating complex ester links with a long chain and complex ester links with a short chain, where links with the long chain are represented by the formula: -OGO-C(O)-R-C(O)-, and complex ester links with the short chain are represented by the structure: -ODO-C(O)-R-C(O)-, where G is a divalent group that is derived from one or more high molecular alcohols; R is a hydrocarbon group derived from one or more dicarboxylic acids; and D is a divalent group derived from one or more low molecular diols.

EFFECT: production of improved polymer material that is porous.
