FIELD: medicine; cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to cosmetology; it is intended for skin whitening, while a cosmetic composition contains dissolved substance that is 5-adamantane-1-yl-N-(2,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-2,4-dimethoxy-amide of benzoic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and the first solubilizer that is cyclodextrin, where cyclodextrin includes hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and γ-cyclodextrin in a mass ratio of 1: from 0.1 to 10, and a mass ratio of dissolved substance and the first solubilizer is 1: from 1 to 20, and where the content of dissolved substance is from 0.01 to 20 wt.% of the total weight of the composition.
EFFECT: improved solubility of 5-adamantane-1-yl-N-(2,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-2,4-dimethoxy-amide of benzoic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in the composition of the cosmetic composition for skin whitening.
