SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing particles produced by spray drying of 2-(1,5-dimethyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-N-(4-(4-(5-fluoropyrimidine-2-yl)piperazine-1-yl)phenyl)-2-oxacetamide particles, as well as an application of the pharmaceutical compositions for prevention or treatment of a fungal infection.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical compositions based on 2-(1,5-dimethyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-N-(4-(4-(5-fluoropyrimidine-2-yl)piperazine-1-yl)phenyl)-2-oxacetamide exhibiting antifungal properties are produced.
