SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a cosmetic product. The cosmetic product contains a solvent containing water, zinc oxide powder, which is present in the solvent and carries a positive charge on a surface, polyelectrolyte, which is a source of ionic polymer, which has an anionic functional group, and salt, which is a source of a polyvalent ion, which carries a positive charge, where powder and ionic polymer are electrostatically and/or ionically bound to each other, ionic polymer and polyvalent ion are electrostatically and/or ionically bound to each other, powder forms weak flocculation by means of ionic polymer and polyvalent ion; the powder content is 10-50 wt.%; the polyelectrolyte content is 0.005-0.5 wt. pt. relatively to 1 wt. pt. of powder; the salt content is 0.05-5 wt. pt. relatively to 1 wt. pt. of polyelectrolyte; ionic polymer is a polyacrylate ion and/or hexametaphosphate ion; the polyvalent ion is a magnesium ion and/or calcium ion; and the molecular weight of ionic polymer is 3000-15000.
