SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to a device for delivering a medicinal substance to pathological foci of hard tissues of teeth and a method for its manufacture. The device is made in the form of a removable polyurethane mouth guard, the inner surface of which corresponds to the outer surface of the patient’s teeth and has in the projection of each pathological foci areas of micro-reservoirs with a diameter of 0.1-0.5 mm. The method includes computer modeling of the patient’s jaw layout taking into account the parameters of the drug reservoir, SLA 3D printing of the layout and vacuum thermoforming. Pathological foci are determined using laser fluorescence analysis, their boundaries are marked with a pencil, after which 3D scanning of the patient’s dentition is performed. Modeling of a pathological foci is carried out taking into account the selected boundaries, balls with a diameter of 0.1-0.5 mm are modeled, then the areas of pathological foci are filled with balls and the model of pathological foci and balls are combined.

EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of treatment is achieved due to high-precision dosing of the drug and its long-term application only in the area of the pathological foci of the hard tissues of the teeth, as well as the possibility of simultaneous use of the device on both jaws permanently for the entire period of treatment.
