FIELD: computing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a computer-implemented method for representing a chain of quantum logical operations on a qudit register in the form of a chain of one-qudit and two-qudit operations on a qudit register for execution thereof on a quantum processor. In the method a) an input chain of quantum logical operations is obtained, as well as the information on the accuracy of execution of one-qudit and two-qudit logical operations and reading measurements on a quantum processor; b) possible mappings of the levels of qudits included in the initial chain on the levels of qudits of the quantum processor are formed; c) for each mapping obtained at stage b), decomposition of quantum logical operations of the initial chain into one-qudit and two-qudit quantum logical operations is executed, and the resulting accuracy of execution of the entire chain of quantum logical operations is calculated based on the number of one-qudit and two-qudit quantum logical operations included in the decomposition and the values of execution accuracy obtained at stage a), corresponding thereto; d) the mapping and the corresponding sequence of two-qudit and one-qudit quantum logical operations, ensuring the maximum implementable execution accuracy of the initial chain of quantum logical operations on the qudit level are determined for the quantum processor; e) the sequence of two-qudit and one-qudit quantum logical operations obtained at stage d) is transmitted to the quantum processor for execution thereof.

EFFECT: formation of a sequence of two-qudit and one-qudit quantum logic operations for execution by a quantum processor.
