FIELD: noise compensation systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and system for noise compensation when performing quantum algorithms on a quantum processor using quantum tomography operations. In method a) a first set of chains of operations for tomography of one-qubit logical operations are performed using a real-time computer on a quantum processor, each chain of operations from the first set being independent of the others; b) using a real-time computer on a quantum processor, a second set of chains of operations for tomography of two-qubit logical operations are performed, each chain of operations from the second set being independent of the others; c) sending, as the chains of operations from the first and second sets of operations are completed, to the control device the results of measurements obtained in parallel with the execution of subsequent chains of operations from the first and second sets; d) the quantum channels of one-qubit and two-qubit logic operations are restored on the control device based on the measurements obtained in steps a) and b); e) restoring the Hamiltonians on the control device based on the reconstructed channels of one-qubit and two-qubit logic operations and measurement results; f) restoring unitary operation matrices on the control device based on the Hamiltonians obtained in step e), which characterize the mode of operation of the quantum processor when executing the algorithms; g) the obtained mode of operation is applied to compensate for noise when performing quantum operations on a quantum processor.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of correcting errors of the quantum processor when performing quantum operations.
