FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the production of steel with ultra-low phosphorus content containing less than 0.003% of phosphorus. Liquid steel is first mixed with lime to obtain main slag, then, oxygen blowdown is carried out to increase oxidizability of main slag, a carbon-containing reducing agent is added, so that, during carbon oxidation with the release of large amount of gaseous carbon monoxide, phosphates are caught, and main slag is quickly foamed, and it flows out of a hole of a steel filling ladle, excluding conditions for subsequent rephosphorization.
EFFECT: invention allows for highly efficient production of steel with ultra-low phosphorus content, while the production technology has a good dephosphorization effect and has low-cost price.
