SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forest management techniques, in particular to machines for cutting and primary processing of trees. The forest management machine contains a power unit and process equipment, including a manipulator (1), a gripping and cutting device (2) and a running gear. The running gear is made in the form of articulated joints (3) of modules of single-track propellers (4). At the same time, the hinged joints of the modules have a power drive for controlling the movement of the machine, stabilizing the movers and locking the movable elements of the running gear, as well as for the stability of the process equipment when performing operations in the technological parking lot.
