FIELD: refractory products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of refractory products and can be used in the pressing of products made of powdered corundum-mullite mixtures with profile recesses on the side surface. The mold includes a cage containing a radially detachable matrix with profile projections on the inner surface, a punch, guides and an ejector. The guides are located between the matrix and the cage and are made in the form of upward-narrowing wedges with neodymium magnets installed in them. The matrix is made of four parts in the form of downward-directed wedges. The outer surfaces of the matrix wedges are mated to the surfaces of the guides. The cage and guides are made with the possibility of leaning upon support elements that are mounted on a plate with the possibility of movement to form a gap between the base plate and the surfaces of the cage and guides. The matrix, guides and cage have the ability to move under the action of the punch and the adjustment of the mentioned gap.

EFFECT: service life of the press mold elements is increased and its design is simplified.
