The method for modifying the glass surface for the introduction of functional amino groups includes activation with a solution of concentrated H2SO4 and 30% H2O2, washing with distilled water, drying, treatment with a solution of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in a nonpolar organic solvent in the presence of an aqueous solution of ammonia and nonylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, washing with a nonpolar organic solvent and ethanol, drying. Then the treatment is carried out with a solution (3-aminopropyl)trialkoxysilane in ethanol, washing with ethanol, drying. Cyclohexane is used as a non-polar organic solvent.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a glass surface with a controlled density and uniform distribution of functional amino groups for subsequent immobilization of oligonucleotides by means of an amide bond.
