EFFECT: method makes it possible to form a pocket of a larger volume to accommodate either an implant or an expander of greater filling under the pectoralis major muscle, eliminating the risks of rib indentation when filling it and reducing the likelihood of expander protrusion, which makes it possible to achieve a good aesthetic effect.
