The radar beacon-responder includes an information control and processing device, the first microcontroller, an information control and processing device containing a module for receiving and processing signals of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS), a chip with a programmable logic integrated circuit (FPGA), a receiving and transmitting device, a control, monitoring and indication device, a power management and secondary voltage generation device, an antenna-feeder device and a battery.

EFFECT: reduction in time and an increase in the accuracy of determining the location of the claimed radar beacon responder (RBR).
