SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to derivatives of peptide nucleic acid targeted to 3'-section of exon 4 splicing in pre-mRNA of human SCN9A; it can be used in medicine. Derivatives of peptide nucleic acid actively induce options of splicing of SCN9A mRNA depleted in SCN9A exon 4 in mammalian cells, due to which they can be used for the safe treatment of different kinds of diseases or conditions involving activity of sodium-ion channels of NaV1.7-type.
EFFECT: obtaining derivatives of peptide nucleic acid for the safe treatment of diseases.
