SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plasticizing composition of polyfunctional action for chlorine-containing polymers based on esters of aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and to its production method. The method for the production of the plasticizing composition of polyfunctional action for chlorine-containing polymers is carried out without the isolation of intermediate products by the interaction of dicarboxylic acid with oxy-alkylated alcohol or a mixture of oxy-alkylated alcohols at a molar ratio of 1:1.85 in the presence of a catalyst of oxide of CaO, ZnO, MgO, BaO, SnO, PbO, CdO or hydroxide of these metals, or their two- or three-component mixture at any ratio in the amount of 0.8-1.0 wt.% of the total reactive weight at a temperature of 110-120°C during 2.5-3 hours, following addition of polyatomic alcohol and additional amount of an alkaline agent up to 3.0 wt.% of the total reactive weight. The task of the invention is to obtain a plasticizing composition of polyfunctional action for chlorine-containing polymers based on esters of aliphatic dicarboxylic acids.

EFFECT: resulting composition in the composition of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic provides for the complex action: plasticization, stabilization by two mechanisms and as a lubricant; in addition, the invention solves the task of expansion of the range of additives for polymer products.
