FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of a plasticizing composition, which is composite esters of dicarboxylic acids of a cyclic or non-cyclic structure and oxyalkylated aliphatic (acyclic and/or cyclic one and mixtures thereof) C4-C10 alcohol with a various degree of oxyalkylation of a symmetrical or asymmetrical structure, corresponding to the general formula 1. In this case, B is C1-C8 alkylene of a cyclic or non-cyclic structure, or is absent. In case of symmetrical esters of dicarboxylic acids: R1=R2=[CH(R)-CH2-O]n-R3, where R=H or CH3, R3=Alk, n=1.0-4.0. In case of asymmetrical esters of dicarboxylic acids: R1=[CH(R)-CH2-O]n-R3, where R=H or CH3, R3=Alk; R2=Alk, [CH(R)-CH2-O]x-R4, where R=H or CH3, R4=Alk, x=1.0-4.0. At the same time, in the above-mentioned formulas, Alk is a cyclic or non-cyclic C4-C10 radical including, in the presence of an amphoteric type catalyst, inert gas, a solvent, and activated carbon, for the prevention of tarring of reaction mass, an esterification reaction of dicarboxylic acid of a cyclic or non-cyclic structure, containing C1-C8 alkylene of a cyclic or non-cyclic structure, or dicarboxylic acid anhydride with the first alcohol of Alk-O-[CH2-CHR-O]nH composition or alcohol of AlkOH composition, where Alk is an alkyl C4-C10 radical of a normal or cyclic structure, and further, without the isolation of monoester, subsequent esterification with corresponding alcohol at a boiling point of reaction mass in the presence of the same catalyst, where the molar ratio of dicarboxylic acid to alcohols is 1:(1-2.2), wherein the molar ratio of alcohol of Alk-O-[CH2-CHR-O]nH composition and alcohol of AlkOH composition is (0-2.2):(0-2.2). The invention also relates to a plasticizing composition based on composite ester, as well as to a polyvinylchloride composition for sheets or products.
EFFECT: obtaining a PVC-composition, in which a composition based on composite ester is used, having low toxicity, while maintaining good physical and mechanical and operational properties.
