SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods, a device and systems for local processing of packaged media data streams. In one of implementations, the device contains: a receiver for receiving a bit stream and a separation module for identifying a package type in the bit stream and separating, based on the identification of a package type value in the bit stream, into a main stream and an auxiliary stream.
EFFECT: obtaining a device for processing media data streams.
