FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to the field of production of protein feed products. The installation contains an incubator, a conveyor for plastic trays, a high-precision balance and a robotic arm. The incubator is a container divided into sections designed to accommodate nets with eggs of flies, the mesh size of the mesh ensures the passage of hatched fly larvae downward. In the lower part of the section, a funnel-shaped catcher is installed, the wide part of which is located under the mesh, and the outlet of the funnel is located above the surface of the conveyor made of an elastic base with the possibility of step-by-step movement and intended for placing and moving trays. Electronic high-precision scales are located under the conveyor and the catcher outlet. At the exit of the conveyor, a robotic manipulator is installed, made with the ability to remove trays from the conveyor and install them in a stack. The incubator is designed to control and maintain climatic conditions. The installation also contains a control unit made with the ability to control the step-by-step movement of the container when a given mass of larvae is collected on the tray, as well as maintaining climatic conditions in the incubator and controlling the robotic arm.
