SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new compound - 3-(3-nitropyrazol-5-yl)-4-nitrofurazan of the formula
A method for producing 3-(3-nitropyrazol-5-yl)-4-nitrofurazan is also proposed.
EFFECT: proposed compound is a fusible heat-resistant explosive and can be used in explosive compositions manufactured by casting, as well as a component of solid propellants and energy-intensive compositions for various purposes, operated at elevated temperatures.
