FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reactors for the mechanochemical synthesis of alkoxysilanes by direct synthesis from silicon and the corresponding alcohol. A reactor is proposed that contains a working chamber equipped with grinding media, a heater, process pipes and mounted on a vibration drive. The working chamber is equipped with a cylindrical nozzle installed vertically and stationary at a distance from the bottom not exceeding the size of grinding media, with a removable cylindrical cage in which a pair of truncated cones connected by narrow ends is fixed, while the upper cone is equipped with a plug that can move inside the cage.
EFFECT: reactor for the direct synthesis of alkoxysilanes, the design of which provides sampling of the reaction mixture from the vibrating boiling layer of grinding media without stopping the process, disassembling and cooling the reactor, and in the presence of aggregation and agglomeration of silicon, the possibility of eliminating them without interrupting the synthesis process.
