FIELD: silicon-containing compound production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for producing silicon-containing compounds. A reactor for the production of alkoxysilanes by direct synthesis from silicon and alcohol is proposed, including a working chamber filled with grinding media with a diameter of 5-10 mm, equipped with a heater, process pipes and mounted on a vibration drive. The working chamber is equipped with a perforated partition with grinding media placed on it with a dispersion of 1.5 to 3 mm and a layer height in the static state of 50 to 80 mm, and the partition is installed horizontally in the upper part of the reactor under the outlet pipe of the target gaseous products. Both the working chamber and the grinding bodies are made of copper or copper-containing alloys. The reactor eliminates the entrainment of silicon with the target vaporous reaction products.
EFFECT: increased degree of conversion of silicon and alcohol, increased selectivity for alcohol and target products, reduced labor intensity and energy consumption, and ensured fire and explosion safety of the process.
