SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for transferring cryogenic product from the first floating structure (330) intended for storing cryogenic product to a second stationary or floating structure intended for storing cryogenic product, while the device contains pipes (100) made with the possibility of transporting cryogenic product between a pipeline (300) connected to the first structure and a pipeline (200) connected to the second structure. These pipes (100) are rigid, are held by buoyant means (400), and are connected in a fluid medium in pairs using connecting means (600) suitable for transporting cryogenic product and creating the possibility of providing at least one degree of freedom. The invention also relates to a method for removing/folding the device for transporting a cryogenic product.
