FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to restore the fingers in children with consequences of injury. An autograft is isolated on each foot - a trochlea of 2nd to 3rd toes on a vascular pedicle - and moved to the corresponding position of the fingers. The purpose of the invention is to restore 4 fingers of the hand, including the first finger. Both toes of the same autograft therein have a common feeding artery anastomosed with the radial artery, and the venous branches are divided at the level of the soft tissues of the interdigital web.
EFFECT: method allows for simultaneous restoration of four fingers, including the thumb, maintaining the position of the thumb in the position of opposition and abduction due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
