SUBSTANCE: method includes separation of the second toe on its dorsal and accompanying veins, section of dorsal vascular pedicle; grafting of toe on stump of recovered finger; performance of anastomosis of transplant vessel and replacement of nerve defect with autotransplant including deep branch of fibular nerve with length equalling that of eliminated defect of nerve with preservation of vascular connections with artery and accompanying veins; suturing of proximal end of fibular nerve with stump of nerve of recovered finger and distal end of nerve dissected at point of its inlet into finger with sole toe nerve of grafted toe to recover sensibility of finger.
