FIELD: metals processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for the manufacture of metal laminated products. The method for obtaining laminated rolled steel-aluminum alloy bimetal from sheet blanks includes preliminary machining of the surface of one of the blanks with the formation of a relief with a toothed profile in the transverse direction to the rolling axis before assembling a packet, assembling a packet consisting of several blanks, joint rolling of a packet for one pass with a reduction up to 80% and heat treatment. At the same time, preliminary machining of all untreated surfaces of the workpieces included in the package is carried out, in contact with other blanks, and on all processed surfaces a relief is formed with a toothed profile in the transverse direction to the rolling axis with a height of irregularities of 20-70 microns and an angle at the apex of the toothed profile of irregularities relief 91°-105°, while the compression of the assembled package should be at least 50%.
EFFECT: improvement of processing of metals by pressure.
