FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing aluminium laminar rolled stock. Two cycles of combined rolling of sheet workpieces are performed. In the first cycle, cold asymmetric rolling of two sheet workpieces from aluminium alloy 5083 and separate cold asymmetric rolling of two sheet workpieces from aluminium alloy 1070 are performed. At that reduction is 50-67%, and ratio of speeds of rolls is selected depending on thickness of two-layer sheet workpiece. In the second cycle, two-layer sheet workpieces are preheated to 380 °C and subsequent joint asymmetric rolling of two-layer sheet workpieces with reduction of 50-67% at ratio of peripheral speeds of rolls: , where V2 is the peripheral speed of the lower roll, V1 is the peripheral speed of the upper roll.
EFFECT: formation of rigid adhesion of metal surface layers to each other due to selected modes of plastic deformation.
