SUBSTANCE: method includes stages of: receiving SSID; receiving one or more place identifiers; generating a positive pair; generating a set of negative pairs; in this case, a positive pair and a set of negative pairs form a set of training data; training a machine learning algorithm by determining a set of features representing a property of the set of training data; and generating a predictive function, wherein the predictive function is made with the possibility of determining a reliability parameter of a certain pair including some SSID received from an electronic device, paired with some place identifier, wherein the reliability parameter represents the probability of an event of a visit by the mentioned user to a place associated with the mentioned place identifier.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of determining places that the user visits.
