SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the integral stiffness of the arterial system. In a patient with tachycardia with a heart rate of more than 90 beats per minute, pulse arterial pressure, total peripheral vascular resistance and mean hemodynamic arterial pressure are determined. Then, using the obtained indicators, the coefficient of volume elasticity is determined according to a given formula.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of personalized antihypertensive therapy by determining the type of hemodynamics in a patient with arterial hypertension by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
