SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation and telemechanics for monitoring the integrity of rail lines. The apparatus comprises a first generator (1) and a first receiver (2), connected in series to both ends of one rail length of the monitored rail line, and a second generator (3) and a second receiver (4) connected in series to another rail length, as well as two independent locomotive receiving coils (5) and an information processing and control apparatus (6), receiving signals about the integrity of each rail length from the first (2) and second (4) receivers.

EFFECT: functional capabilities of the apparatus are expanded.
