FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway traffic control. Proposed system comprises track block-sections equipped with hardware including the unit of track generators with signal transmitter. Locomotives are equipped with safety devices including automatic cab signalling system signal receivers, cab signalling point channel receiver, satellite navigation receiver, radio communication channel transceiver, data central processing unit, memory unit, indication unit, registration unit, engineman vigilance control unit and locomotive actuation circuits control module. Additionally, block-section hardware incorporates track radio communication channel transceiver connected with cab signalling system code signal transmitter controlling cab signalling system signals that vary amplitude, frequency, phase, duration and number of generated pulses. Every cab safety device incorporates operating condition master unit connected to intermodule interface for automatic cab signalling system communication channels.
