MULTICHANNEL CURRENT SOURCE FOR SETTING OPERATING MODES IN TWO-QUBIT AND MULTI-QUBIT SYSTEMS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC H03M1/06

Abstract RU 2763014 C1

FIELD: automated systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated systems for special purposes for generating current and can be used to develop precision current sources for displacement of superconducting multi-qubit quantum structures, electrochemistry, power supply of primary measuring transducers in automated control, measurement and control systems. A multichannel current source for setting operating modes in two-qubit and multi-qubit systems contains a digital-to-analog converter, the output of which is connected to a voltage-current converter. The digital-to-analogue converter contains a low ratio voltage reference that couples the output voltage to the ambient temperature. A multi-digit digital-to-analog converter is used as a regulating element. A high-load voltage follower connected at the output of the second stage of the instrumentation amplifier is used as an output current driver.

EFFECT: increasing the resolution and reducing the error in the current value generated by the source through the use of a circuit with precision resistors with fixed values, a high-resolution digital-to-analog converter, a voltage follower circuit on the load, which provides maximum linearization of the feedback of the voltage-current conversion circuit.
