FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a hybrid supercapacitor based on nanoscale nickel hydroxide, and can be used in portable electronics, in uninterruptible power supplies, in a starter for a car, flashlights, medical equipment. The effect is achieved by the fact that a hybrid supercapacitor based on nanosized nickel hydroxide consists of a plastic case with a valve for overpressure relief, in which two electrodes are placed, one electrode made of nanocarbon material, the other made of nickel hydroxide, while the rolled electrodes are separated by a separator and placed in a glass filled with a 30% potassium hydroxide solution. In addition, nickel down conductors are welded to two nickel-foam substrates.
EFFECT: improving the capacitive characteristics of the hybrid supercapacitor.
