FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: reduced graphene oxide with a bulk density of 0.002-2.0 g/cm3 is treated in a fluidized bed produced by an ozone-air or ozone-oxygen mixture containing 10 vol. % of ozone at a temperature of up to +80°C. The process can be carried out in the presence of a catalyst, for example nitric acid, previously applied to the reduced graphene oxide.
EFFECT: specific power properties of cathodes are increased and strong structures of cathode materials are obtained in the process of pressing without the use of binders.
