FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and is intended to provide optimal operating parameters for the drive of a downhole rod pumping unit with an operating time of more than 180 days with an increase in the stroke length of the wellhead rod by more than 0.5 meters. A method for optimizing the drive parameters of a downhole rod pumping unit includes increasing the stroke length of the wellhead rod by changing the crank radius by rearranging the connecting rod in the crank holes, taking a dynamometer chart and working out the previously non-working inner surface of the pump cylinder from deposits with a plunger. At the same time, in addition to the control station, a frequency-controlled electric converter is connected - FCEC. Before shifting the connecting rod, the number of swings of the balancer is reduced by reducing the frequency of the drive motor using the FCEC to 0.5-1 swings per minute. Then the dynamometers are taken. The inner surface of the cylinder is worked through by the plunger with the number of swings of the balancer equal to 0.5-1 swings per minute for 1-2 hours, depending on the magnitude of the increase in the stroke length of the wellhead rod and the operating time of the downhole installation. After cleaning the inner surface of the cylinder from deposits by the plunger, which is confirmed by the absence of signs of plunger wedging according to the dynamometer chart, the number of swings of the balancer is increased by intervals by increasing the frequency of the drive motor using the FCEC by 0.5 swings per minute every 10 minutes to the initial value of the number of swings. In this case, if the plunger is wedged in the pump cylinder, determined by the dynamogram, the number of swings of the balancer is repeatedly reduced to 0.5 swings per minute and the plunger continues to work through the inner surface of the pump cylinder until the pump operation is normalized according to the dynamogram and a gradual increase in the number of swings is repeated.
EFFECT: ensuring optimal operating parameters of the downhole rod pumping unit, and preventing the failure of the installation with an increase in the stroke length of the wellhead rod without the occurrence of sharp fluctuations in the load on the sucker rod string, plunger and drive units, while increasing the efficiency of the operation and reducing labor costs.
