SUBSTANCE: to realise the technical result, the terminal apparatus is used to receive a first downlink authorisation information and a second downlink authorisation information in a standby state, the first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and the second PDSCH are decoded, and the terminal apparatus is used to independently determine the PDSCH for preferred decoding from the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH. The first downlink authorisation information therein constitutes the downlink authorisation information encoded by a system information radio network temporary identifier (SI-RNTI), and the second downlink authorisation information constitutes the downlink authorisation information encoded by a random access radio network temporary identifier (RA-RNTI) or a temporary cell radio network temporary identifier (TC-RNTI).
EFFECT: effective decoding of downlink data channels.
