FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in production of protein food additive. It is a method of producing protein biomass by means of deep cultivation of Pleurotus pulmonarius PP-3.2 on starch-ammonia medium under conditions of aeration at pH 5.5-6.0 and 23-25 °C. It is based on mobilization of deep mycelium on a polymer grid made of high-pressure polyethylene with cell size of 2×2 mm. Separation of biomass and drying are carried out together with polymer carrier.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the process of biomass producing.
