FIELD: power pipeline fittings design.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of power pipeline fittings used as check valves of the "slamming" type, the shut-off devices of which are opened by a conductive working medium when the flow is directed under the shut-off valve body, and is intended for use as a non-return valve for switching on or off parts pipeline systems of nuclear power, petrochemical and gas industries. The non-return valve contains a body with inlet and outlet nozzles, a shutter consisting of a bracket, a shut-off element and a lever, and a stem having a tip with a protrusion and connected to the drive. An axle is fixed in the tip with a roller mounted on it with free rotational movement, and on the side surface of the shutter lever, an operating lever is fixed, which has an L-shape with a profiled inner surface and a support beam. The stem has the ability to interact through the operating lever on the shut-off body. This design makes it possible to open the shut-off element when the stem moves upwards when controlled from the drive.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at expanding the operational capabilities of the valve.
