FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing electroluminescent systems. The present invention is applicable to substrate in a sequence of layers, where each layer performs a specific function. According to the invention, an electrically conductive base unifying film layer is applied to substrate. One or more intermediate layers, such as a dielectric layer or layers of phosphor films, are applied to this electrically conductive unifying film layer. An electrode film layer is applied to these one or more intermediate layers using essentially transparent electrically conductive material. Electroluminescent phosphor can be excited by an electric field installed in the phosphor film layer, so that a device emits electroluminescent light when an electric charge is applied between the electrically conductive unifying film layer and the electrode film layer.
EFFECT: obtaining an electroluminescent system.
