FIELD: transport containers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of a transport container for the transportation of both bulk and piece cargo. The transport container for the transportation of bulk or piece cargo contains a body; a closable discharge opening is made in the side wall of the container. The floor of the container is made up of a stationary lower bottom and an L-shaped upper bottom, consisting of two flat sections of a rectangular or nearly rectangular shape, connected on one side to each other by means of a hinged connection with the possibility of rotation relative to each other. In the initial position during loading and transportation of cargo, the first section of the upper bottom is located horizontally along the lower stationary bottom, the second section of the upper bottom in the initial position is located along the side wall of the container opposite to the side with the discharge opening. The horizontal section of the upper bottom on the side opposite from the hinge joint with the vertical section of the upper bottom is pivotally connected with the possibility of rotation about the axis of the specified hinge joint either with the lower bottom at the point of its conjugation with the side wall with the discharge opening, or with the lower part of the side wall with the discharge opening in the place of its interface with the lower bottom, or directly at the interface of the lower bottom and the side wall with the discharge opening. The lower horizontal side of the discharge opening is located at the level of the horizontal section of the upper bottom, along the side wall opposite to the side wall with the discharge opening. A vertical threaded screw equipped with a nut is installed inside the container. From the outer side of the container, access to the lower section of the vertical screw is provided, while the lower section of the vertical screw is equipped with a ratchet with a toggle lever and a handle with the ability to rotate the vertical screw when the ratchet handle is turned. Inside the container body there is an insert with the ability to load cargo into the insert through the loading opening.
EFFECT: increasing the ease of use while maintaining the reliability of both the container itself and the liner, eliminating the use of manual labor during unloading.
