FIELD: transportation; packing; storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport containers intended for transportation of loose cargoes by railway, water and motor transport. In a bulk cargo container, comprising longitudinal side walls, end walls, a base, a roof, interconnected by vertical angular posts, loading opening made in the roof and equipped with covers with locking devices, wherein loading opening is made along roof length with shape close to rectangular, longitudinal and transverse sides of loading opening are limited by beams, loading opening covers are pivotally connected to the roof along one side of the loading opening, according to the invention, upper sections of beams limiting loading opening are located above roof level, number of covers covering loading opening is three – central and two extreme covers, longitudinal sides of covers are made with sections directed downwards to cover from outside the protruding sections of longitudinal beams limiting the loading opening, transverse sides of the extreme covers facing the end walls of the container are made with sections directed downwards to cover the outside of the projecting sections of the beams limiting the loading opening along its transverse sides, transverse sides of the extreme covers facing the central cover are equipped with transverse beams rigidly connected to the extreme covers along the entire length of the transverse sides of the extreme beams, each transverse beam of extreme covers is made with U-shaped cross section and contains sides and central section, wherein the transverse side of each extreme cover is rigidly connected to the nearest lateral side of the transverse beam, transverse sides of central cover are made with sections directed upwards to cover from inside the second lateral sides of transverse beams of extreme covers, in lower part of container wall there is an unloading hatch.
EFFECT: increased reliability of container for loose cargoes, expressed in improvement of reliability of fixation of covers of loading opening and exclusion of moisture ingress into internal cavity of container, which increases safety of loose cargo, in particular, food products, grain.
