FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. Day before each chemotherapy course, a selective plasma exchange procedure is performed on the apparatus for the filtration of extracorporeal methods of detoxification with the use of systems of highways and plasma separators. Perfusion rate is 120 ml/min, the volume of plasma extraction is 10 liters, plasma replacement is performed by 7 % albumin-containing plasma-substituting solution.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the volume of paraprotein and promotes strengthening of the renal and hematological response to the specific treatment being conducted.
